If you communicate with us by phone, we may make an audio recording of the phone conversation phone conversation as well as a system generated transcript of the conversation (phone recordings). We use phone recordings to assist in quality monitoring of staff and/or to investigate and resolve complaints. Phone recordings will be deleted after 13 months from the date of the recording, provided the information is no longer necessary for those purposes and that no legal requirements exist to the contrary.
