This torch is an accessory for the Ambro Controls Oxyset (1811168), Oxy Precision Kit (1811160) and OxyMax Kit (1811170), designed for use with the kit in tighter narrow spaces, where precision is needed.
Supplied in a handy carry case, this precision torch includes a torch handle with built in gas and oxygen controls, 4 welding tips, and 6.5ft Twin hose assembly.

Start by opening the fuel gas flow valve and adjust the flame until the smoke just disappears. Then slowly open the oxygen flow valve and increase the oxygen until the white inner cone of the flame is clearly defined. The exact adjustment will depend on the application and the operator’s experience.
The separate controls allow the operator to adjust the balance of fuel gas and oxygen at the torch to achieve the required flame. The fuel gas is adjusted first, followed by the oxygen until a clearly defined white inner cone is achieved. Correct gas flow and balance are important for safe operation and flame control.
The Precision Torch includes four tips to accommodate different welding ranges. Tip #1 covers 0.0591–0.0787″, Tip #2 covers 0.0787–0.0984″, Tip #3 covers 0.0984–0.118″, and Tip #4 covers 0.118–0.1376″. Selecting the appropriate tip helps match the torch setup to the application while maintaining the precise flame the torch is designed to provide.
